Before payment and fulfillment, RDS sends project updates directly by email. That includes quote, design, proof, revision, approval and production updates.

Once your project becomes a paid Shopify order, your account is the place to review order history and fulfillment information.
Open Account & OrdersCustom design and proof status is communicated by RDS directly; your Shopify account is used for paid orders and fulfillment.
