Most RDS launch products begin with a project request rather than a traditional cart. We confirm the scope, price, proof and fulfillment plan before production starts.
2. Proof & approval
For design-based work, you review and approve the proof before production begins.
3. Secure payment
When pricing is final, RDS can send a secure Shopify invoice and payment link tied to your project.
4. Fulfillment
Choose U.S. shipping or request local pickup. For shipped orders, RDS confirms the final shipping charge before payment; pickup location and timing are confirmed directly before handoff.
Current shipping setup
RDS ships within the United States. Shipping is calculated after project details are finalized and depends on destination, shipment size and weight, service level and carrier. Shipping and delivery estimates are confirmed before final payment.
Local pickup
Local pickup is handled by arrangement. RDS will confirm the pickup location and timing directly with you before the project is released.
After payment
Paid Shopify orders appear in Account & Orders, where you can review order history and fulfillment information.
