Shipping policy

Represent Design Studios currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping Charges

Because many RDS orders are custom, personalized, made to order, or vary in size and quantity, shipping is calculated after your project details are finalized. Your final shipping charge depends on the destination, shipment size and weight, service level, and carrier.

For quote-first projects, RDS confirms shipping before final payment. The shipping charge will be included in your final Shopify order or presented as an available shipping option when applicable.

Carriers and Service

RDS may use UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another appropriate carrier based on package requirements, service availability, cost, and delivery needs.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed until project details are finalized and a carrier service is selected. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Carrier delays after shipment are outside RDS’s direct control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be arranged directly with RDS when applicable. Local pickup is by arrangement and is not currently offered as a standard Shopify checkout option.
