Represent Design Studios (“RDS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of our customers and website visitors. Shopify and Third-Party Services

Our online store and portions of our website are operated using Shopify and may rely on other third-party services.

Shopify independently collects, processes, stores, and transmits information necessary to provide its ecommerce platform and related services. Some customer information may therefore be processed directly by Shopify or by third parties that Shopify uses or integrates with.

RDS does not control all aspects of Shopify’s technology, data processing practices, security systems, cookies, analytics, payment infrastructure, or third-party integrations.

Information processed by Shopify is also subject to Shopify’s own privacy policies, terms, and practices. Customers should review Shopify’s applicable privacy disclosures for additional information regarding how Shopify handles personal data.

While RDS takes reasonable steps to use reputable service providers and protect information within our control, RDS cannot guarantee or assume responsibility for the independent privacy, security, or data-handling practices of Shopify or other third-party platforms and service providers.

Payment Information

Payment transactions may be processed through Shopify or other payment providers. RDS generally does not receive or store complete payment-card information when payments are processed by those providers.

Payment information is subject to the security and privacy practices of the applicable payment processor.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Information such as a customer’s name, address, telephone number, email address, and order details may be shared with shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, or production partners when reasonably necessary to produce or deliver an order.

Customer Artwork and Project Materials

Customers may provide photographs, logos, artwork, names, wording, or other materials for use in custom projects.

RDS will use those materials primarily for purposes associated with the customer’s project and normal business recordkeeping. RDS will not intentionally provide customer-supplied project materials to unrelated parties except as reasonably necessary to design, produce, or fulfill the project, or with customer permission.

Data Security

RDS takes reasonable measures to safeguard personal information within its control. However, no website, electronic transmission, cloud service, or data-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers should avoid submitting sensitive information that is not necessary for their project or transaction.

Cookies, Analytics, and Website Technologies

Shopify and other services used by the RDS website may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, or similar technologies. These technologies may collect information about website visits, devices, browsers, interactions, and shopping activity.

Because many of these technologies are provided or controlled by Shopify or other third parties, their use may also be governed by those providers’ privacy policies and settings.

Legal Requirements
